SCU Alpha 2100 Server -- SCUACC
LOGIN.COM Information for Math 169

After you get an account on the SCU Dec Alpha server, insert into your LOGIN.COM file (similar in function to a .login file on Unix systems), the following line: 

        $ASSIGN FACULTY:[DSMOLARSKI.MA169] MA169
Then the next time you log in, you will be able to use MA169: as an abbreviation for the complete pathname for Fr. Smolarski's class directory on the Alpha.

To access files from that class subdirectory, one needs only use commands such as: 

        COPY MA169:COBMAC.INP *.*
Input files (and other files) for use on the Alpha will be in that class subdirectory and can be copied into a personal directory at any time.
