Math 169 Final Study Page

PRE-NOTE: My usual "plan" for creating a final is to double a "mid-term" with about covering the material not yet tested, and the other half covering the material already tested.

The material not covered on the first two midterms includes: C-Derivative Languages, SNOBOL, Icon, Section 6 (Grammars and Languages), Parallel Computing and MPI, Regular Expressions, and miscellaneous.

One good source of topics and sample questions is the Midterm (with answers) and Homework (and answers) from Prof. Danielson's COEN 171 course in Winter 2000.

Another good source are the sample exams from the Languages and Compilers course at Berkeley from this link

NOTE: Some items from the first two Study Pages are still relevant!

NOTE: You might also want to consult the "DEFINITION STUDY PAGE FOR MATH 169 FINAL" by Anees Khatri found in the Class Notes right before the INDEX pages. HOWEVER, remember that that study page has not been proof-read and double-checked for accuracy.
